Trackside Training Center is the old Louisville Downs now owned by Churchill Downs.
From I264 you take the Preston Highway exit. Turn south onto Preston. The first traffic light after you cross the Preston St. overpass to 264 is Durrett Lane. Turn left onto Durrett and go past Fifth Quarter restaurant (on the left) and about another 1/4 of mile you'll turn into the gate. It's on the right hand side of the road. There is a sign there that says "Gate 3". It is right before a large warehouse type building, labeled NILCO. If you go under the interstate you've gone too far.
After you turn at the Gate 3 sign, go about 2/10 of a mile to a parking lot. There is a small building on the left that is labeled "Stable Office." Turn left into the parking lot and continue straight back to a gate labeled "Stable Entrance." Go through the gate and immediately park under the trees on your left. On the right (across from the trees) is another gate labeled "Fire Gate." Go around the gate and Techie's barn is the second barn on the left. Techie's stall is on the far side of the barn as you approach and at the opposite end of the barn.
