Techy worked 4 fulongs from the gate this morning in company (two other horses started from the gate with her) in :48 2/5 (that's seconds), and galloped out in 1:01 3/5. She broke on top of her other two work mates, and stayed in front till the wire, beating the horse pressing her by 1 length, and the other workmate by 3 lengths. The work was very nice.
Randy will determine when she is ready to go. He said he thought that she might need one more work. If that is the case, then she will breeze next week about this time, and then we will find a race for her. He will see how she comes out of the work after today, and he will have a better idea.
The only negative about today's work was that we were hoping that she would get behind the other horses to take some dirt, but she broke so well, that was never an option.
